OMG HAHAHAHAHA. But this is my end of the year blog. I'm not as sad as last year. Cause last year I had to watch people go. This year I'm the one leaving ahahahahahahaha. Being a group leader was very fun. But being a group leader to Tiana, Deriecka, Emma, and the two rascals were even better. Sometimes I was Jaydes group leader and sometimes she was mine. The original fab five was Me, Jayde, Tiana, Deriecka, and Emma. Then the two rascals came along. It's been a long two years in leadership. Can't believe my time here is over. The thought of that is sad. I don't know what I would've been doing if I weren't here in leadership for the last two years. A101 was like my safe house. I could run into A101 when I didn't want to face the world, or just stay there because I wanted to. The amount of memories I've made while being in leadership is like 10x the amount I would've made if I weren't in leadership.
Leadership was about growing as a family and also growing as an individual. The people I've met here in my two years are very different from eachother. And I think that's great because we get to see all the different types of people and we would know how to identify those different types in the real world. Thanks to my past group leaders and the other group leaders of the past for molding me into the person I am today. Thank you to my group members for doing the same. Anyone could teach you anything, as long as you put your mindset to it.
Like I said before, it's a big deal to be invited back to activities from leadership. It makes you feel like you're still apart of the family and you never left. You're still wanted and needed.
